The 2009 MasterCard Memorial Cup Host Committee has currently filled the required need for volunteers. However, the names of the people who have subscribed after February 16th, 2009 will be on a waiting list and will be contacted if there are future needs from the Organizing Committee. • Access to the Volunteers’ room for snacks and refreshments.
• General and specific training sessions.

GENERAL INFORMATION

• The MasterCard Memorial Cup will be held May 15-24, 2009.
• Every effort will be made to assign volunteers to their area of choice, according to their English proficiency.
  
  

CONDITIONS

• Authorization to perform a security background check.
• All volunteers will be assigned to 4-hour shifts.
• Photo identification is required at the time of Volunteer Accreditation.
• Volunteering for the event will not include tickets to any games or unauthorized access to the Coliseum during the event.
• Volunteers are responsible of all their meals, lodging and travel expenses.
  
  

VOLUNTEER’S CODE OF ETHICS

For the 2009 MasterCard Memorial Cup Organizing Committee, a volunteer is a person who wishes to embark on the project and commit to being responsible, dynamic, motivated and respectful.

Through their work and assigned tasks, the volunteers will contribute to accomplishing the goals of the Organizing Committee and to the success of this prestigious event.
