The Wheat Kings, in conjunction with both the Western Hockey League and Candian Hockey League have announced that the price for the 2010 MasterCard Memorial Cup ticket package, scheduled for May 14-23rd, 2010 will be $399 plus GST.

The Host Organizing Committee has announced that less than fifty Ticket Packages are available for the 2010 MasterCard Memorial Cup.

The Wheat Kings sold a franchise record 3,600 season tickets this season.

Because the Canadian Hockey League receives 1,450 MasterCard Memorial Cup Ticket packages, the Local Committee is allowed to sell only 3,652 for the 11-day Championship, which runs from May 14-23rd in Brandon's Keystone Centre.

For the first time in history, the Wheat Kings have earned the right to play host to the MasterCard Memorial Cup. This will mark the first time that Manitoba has hosted the National Championship and it also comes during the province’s 140th Anniversary Celebrations.

2010 will mark the Wheat Kings' fifth Memorial Cup appearance, having competed for the title in 1949, 1979, 1995 and 1996.
